At the Single Mom Collective, we are committed to supporting your growth, healing, and transformation. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our updated cancellation and refund policy below.

 

🧭 Annual Membership (Paid in Full)

  • The Single Mom Collective annual membership requires a one-year commitment, paid in full at the time of enrollment.

  • Due to immediate and full access to community resources, courses, events, and live coaching calls, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds for the annual membership.

 

🤝 1:1 Coaching Programs (Paid in Full or Payment Plan)

  • Enrollment in 1:1 coaching is a commitment to personal transformation and includes a paid-in-full or structured payment plan.

  • Because access to coaching tools and sessions begins immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  • To qualify for a satisfaction guarantee refund, all scheduled sessions and coaching assignments must be completed.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completing your final session.

 

🎓 Courses (Including Metamorphosis, Love Unlocked, Instafamous, Unashamed, and Unbreakable)

  • All course purchases, including those on a payment plan, are final and non-refundable.

  • Full digital course access is granted immediately upon enrollment, and the course content cannot be “returned.”

  • Payment plans cannot be canceled once initiated.

We stand behind the impact of our programs. If you complete 100% of the course or coaching program, attend all required sessions, and implement the assignments—and still don’t see value—we will honor a full refund.
 To qualify:

  • You must complete all modules, lessons, or scheduled sessions.

  • Submit your refund request in writing within 30 days of program completion.

  • Partial progress or non-participation does not qualify for a refund.
