Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the High Value Women’s Collective (“Membership”) offered by Amanda Carroll Coaching (“Amanda Carroll,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Member”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before subscribing.

1.  MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

The High Value Women’s Collective is a monthly membership community open to any woman ready to invest in her dating life and personal growth. The Membership provides access to a supportive, high-caliber community of women led by Amanda Carroll, with live coaching and on-demand content designed to help members attract and build the relationship they deserve.

2.  WHAT’S INCLUDED

An active monthly membership includes:

  •   Live group coaching calls with Amanda Carroll (schedule posted inside the portal)
  •   Access to replays of all past group coaching sessions

Access to membership content is available only while your subscription is active and payments are current. Amanda Carroll Coaching reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust membership content and call schedules at any time.

3.  BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION

  •   The monthly membership fee is <b>$97.00 USD per month</b>.
  •   Your subscription begins on the date of your initial payment and renews automatically every 30 days.
  •   You will be billed on the same date each month until you cancel.
  •   It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership access.

4.  CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account at amandacarroll.org and managing your subscription settings. No cancellation request by email or direct message is required — you are in full control of your subscription.

Upon cancellation:

  •   Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
  •   You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  •   Access to membership content will end when the current billing period expires.

5.  NO REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL

ALL MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

  •   No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a current billing period.
  •   No refunds will be issued for previously billed months, regardless of usage or participation.
  •   No partial refunds, pro-rated credits, or account credits will be offered under any circumstances.
  •   Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not entitle the Member to a refund and may result in permanent termination of membership access.

If the Membership is no longer the right fit, simply cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. We make cancellation easy because we want you here because it’s working — not because you forgot to cancel.

6.  COMMUNITY STANDARDS & MEMBER CONDUCT

The High Value Women’s Collective is a supportive, respectful, and uplifting community. Members are expected to treat fellow members and Amanda Carroll with kindness and professionalism at all times.

Amanda Carroll Coaching reserves the right to terminate any membership, without refund, in the event of disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior within the community or toward Amanda Carroll or other members.

7.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content delivered within the High Value Women’s Collective — including but not limited to coaching call recordings, replays, frameworks, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Amanda Carroll Coaching. Members may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any membership content without express written permission.

8.  MODIFICATIONS TO MEMBERSHIP

Amanda Carroll Coaching reserves the right to modify membership pricing, content, call schedules, or included features at any time. Members will be notified of any pricing changes in advance of their next billing date. Continued use of the membership following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9.  AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By subscribing to the High Value Women’s Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement — including the no-refund policy and self-managed cancellation process. This agreement is entered into voluntarily and constitutes a binding agreement between the Member and Amanda Carroll Coaching.

    Due to immediate access to digital content and community, refunds are not available.

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for previous charges.
