Conditional Performance-Based Satisfaction Guarantee

Amanda Carroll Coaching (“Company,” “we,” “us”) offers a conditional, performance-based satisfaction guarantee for the Love Unlocked VIP Program (“Program”), subject to the strict terms and conditions outlined below.

This guarantee is not unconditional and is provided only to clients who fully comply with all program requirements.

1. Guarantee Overview

If Client fully completes the Program, follows all instructions, and enters into an exclusive, committed romantic relationship with the same individual within five (5) dates or fewer, Client may submit a written request for a refund of 100% of Program tuition paid.

“Exclusive, committed relationship” is defined as a mutually agreed-upon monogamous romantic relationship, verbally confirmed by both parties, with the stated intention of exclusivity.

2. Eligibility Requirements (Strict Compliance Required)

To be eligible for consideration, Client must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

A. Program Completion

Client must complete the Love Unlocked Program in its entirety, including:

• Viewing 100% of all video modules in full
• Completing 100% of all assigned exercises, worksheets, and journal prompts
• Attending all ten (10) scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions with Amanda Carroll
• No missed sessions
• No cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ written notice
• Attending a minimum of three (3) live coaching sessions within the High Value Women’s Collective
• Submitting required date documentation, in the format and timeframe specified by the Program

Failure to complete any component results in automatic disqualification.

B. Behavioral Compliance

Client must demonstrate good-faith participation, including but not limited to:

• Following the Program strategy as instructed
• Refraining from contradictory coaching, dating programs, or relationship methodologies during participation
• Acting with honesty and transparency in all submitted documentation

The Company reserves sole discretion to determine compliance.

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of Program completion.

For purposes of this guarantee, “Program completion” is defined as the date on which all eligibility requirements listed in Section 2 have been satisfied and verified.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

4. Program Eligibility Limitation

This conditional satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to the Love Unlocked VIP Program.

No other programs, courses, memberships, digital products, or services offered by Amanda Carroll Coaching are eligible.

5. Disqualifying Events

Client will be automatically ineligible for a refund if any of the following occur:

• Incomplete program participation
• Skipped modules, exercises, or assignments
• Attendance at fewer than three (3) live coaching sessions
• Missed 1:1 coaching sessions
• Cancellation or rescheduling of any 1:1 session with less than 24 hours’ notice
• Failure to submit required documentation
• Misrepresentation or omission of material facts
• Violation of Company policies or Terms of Service

6. Review & Verification Process

All refund requests are subject to a verification process, which may include:

• Review of participation records
• Review of submitted documentation
• A mandatory 15-minute exit interview, conducted at the Company’s discretion

The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on documented compliance.

7. Limitations & Final Authority

• This guarantee is limited to one (1) refund request per client
• Refunds apply only to tuition actually paid and exclude bonuses, third-party services, or ancillary fees
• The Company retains sole and final discretion in determining eligibility and approval
• Submission of a request does not guarantee approval
