Terms, Conditions & Program Agreement

By enrolling in the Love Unlocked VIP Program (“Program”) offered by Amanda Carroll Coaching (“Amanda Carroll,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions in full. Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Love Unlocked VIP is a high-touch, results-driven 1:1 coaching program designed to help financially independent women find and enter a committed, healthy romantic relationship. The program includes private coaching sessions with Amanda Carroll, access to course materials and modules, live group coaching inside the High Value Women’s Collective, and ongoing email/Voxer support.
2. THE UNTIL YOU FIND LOVE GUARANTEE
Amanda Carroll Coaching stands behind this program completely. Instead of a money-back guarantee, we offer something better: we will continue working with you until you achieve the result.
If you complete the program in full and have not yet entered a committed relationship, Amanda Carroll will continue to work with you at no additional charge until you do. This commitment includes:
- Continued unlimited 1:1 coaching sessions with Amanda Carroll
- Continued access to live group coaching inside the High Value Women’s Collective
- Continued email and Voxer support
This guarantee is conditional on the Client’s full participation and good-faith implementation of the program process as directed by Amanda Carroll. Specifically, to remain eligible for the Until You Find Love Guarantee, the Client must:
- Attend all scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions (with at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule)
- Actively implement the strategies, exercises, and process as instructed
- Enter the dating process without an active emotional or romantic entanglement with another person
- Complete all assigned coursework, journal prompts, and exercises
- Attend a minimum of three (3) live group coaching sessions per program cycle
- Communicate openly and honestly with Amanda Carroll throughout the coaching relationship
The Until You Find Love Guarantee reflects our belief in this process and our commitment to your success. It is not a refund. It is a promise to stay by your side until the work is done.
3. NO REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing the Love Unlocked VIP Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to participate, personal circumstances, relationship status changes, or dissatisfaction with results.
- No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits will be offered.
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not entitle the Client to a refund and may result in termination of program access and legal action to recover fees.
- This no-refund policy is disclosed and agreed to prior to purchase and constitutes a material term of this agreement.
You are investing in access to Amanda Carroll’s expertise, time, coaching methodology, proprietary materials, and ongoing support. This investment is non-refundable because it is being delivered from the moment your program begins.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client acknowledges that results in this program depend significantly on their own participation, effort, honesty, and implementation. Amanda Carroll Coaching makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or timelines beyond the Until You Find Love Guarantee described in Section 2.
The Client agrees to show up for scheduled sessions, complete assigned work, communicate openly, and implement the program process in good faith. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Until You Find Love Guarantee.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All coaching sessions, materials, and communications are confidential. The Client agrees not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary program materials, frameworks, or methodologies belonging to Amanda Carroll Coaching. Coaching sessions may be recorded for the Client’s personal use with consent from both parties.
6. PROGRAM ACCESS & TERMINATION
Amanda Carroll Coaching reserves the right to terminate a Client’s participation in the program, without refund, in the event of abusive, disrespectful, or dishonest behavior toward Amanda Carroll or other program participants. Program access is personal and non-transferable.
7. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing the Love Unlocked VIP Program, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement — including the no-refund policy and the conditions of the Until You Find Love Guarantee. This agreement is entered into voluntarily and constitutes a binding contract between the Client and Amanda Carroll Coaching.
